Terms and Conditions.

This Site contains many of the valuable trademarks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, copyrights and other proprietary materials owned and registered by Platinum One Entertainment throughout Australia and New Zealand.

 

As part of our commitment to ensuring all our patrons have a quality experience at our venues we may deny entry to any person that fails to meet the following requirements. All regulations enforced by Platinum One comply with the relevant discrimination legislation applicable to the NSW jurisdiction. A licensee has a common law right to refuse entry to their venue, or evict people from the venue which is recognised by section 77(13) of the Liquor Act.

 

Dress Code

To maintain the high standard of dress enjoyed in our venues we request that the following dress rules be abided by.

The following attire is not permitted:

• bare feet or scuffs;

• football shorts;

• untidiness;

• torn or damaged clothing;

• athletic or training wear;

• any clothing with offensive or crude writing and/or imagery and/or motifs;

• any clothing that is believed to be related to any groups representing crime.

 

Appearance

Obscene or offensive language on clothing will not be tolerated. Appearance must be clean, neat and tidy at all times. Haircuts and tattoos are to meet common community standards that do not offend or intimidate. Management decision shall be final in all matters relating to dress and code of conduct.

 

Security Checks

We may scan patrons on entry and may have their pockets and/or bags searched. If any of the following items are found the patron may be denied entry or you may have such items confiscated.

Banned items include:

• illegal substances

• bottles

• alcohol

• dangerous items

 

General Rules

Failure to comply with the requirements may lead to the denial of entry or eviction from the premises.

Please note guestlists does not guarantee entry and management reserves the right to refuse entry.

 

Intoxication

Any patrons that are deemed by management or staff to be intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly manner may shall be refused entry. All staff have been trained in identifying signs of undue intoxication, and unruly or disorderly behaviour.

Platinum One is committed to ensuring that the service and supply of liquor is conducted in such a way that all relevant harm minimisation techniques are considered and that the practice of Responsible Service of Alcohol is followed at all times.

 

Underage

Young patrons may be denied entry if it is suspected that they may be underage.

Minors are not permitted on the premises at any time unless authorised or excused by law. The only forms of acceptable identification of age are:

• current Australian driver’s licence;

• current Australian government proof of age card (18+ card);

• a current passport (from any country); or a

• current drivers licence (from any country) providing it has a photo and a date

of birth.

 

Conduct

Venue security may deny entry to large groups of persons if they are perceived to be potentially aggressive, disruptive or violent. Any individual who is offensive, aggressive, intimidating, humiliating, violent, loud, quarrelsome, difficult, or is perceived to have a disruptive effect on patrons inside the venue will be denied entry. Entry is completely at the discretion of door staff and management. Management have the right to refuse entry to any persons without the provision of a reason. Section 77(13) of the Liquor Act allows a licensee to refuse entry to their venue, or evict people from the venue.

 

Recording

No unauthorised video or audio recording is permitted.
